The cabin is brand new and the landscape and hardscape surrounding the cabin is still a work in progress. Our 5 year plan for the entire property is pretty amazing and our hope is that our early first time guests like you will become repeat visitors and witness the progress first hand. We will have special offers available for returning guests - please message us for details. Because the land surrounding the cabins is a working farm we have a VERY STRICT NO PET POLICY. This does include emotional support animals. We have family members with very severe pet allergies that will also stay in the cabins throughout the year.

Easy to get to / depart from Yellowstone side of Bozeman. Full kitchen and other day to day necessities make for easy long or short stay/ dining out or cooking in. Great coffee ā and š„ eggs !!

Amazing location with an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities. Sunrises over the mountains and sunsets over the wheat fields were spectacular! Having this place to call home for our first trip to Montana was absolutely PERFECT! Chris went the extra mile to ensure we had the best of time and provided helpful information in planning our trip, The house and accommodations were top notch!

From the most attentive hosts to the most immaculate accommodations, this stay far exceeded our expectations! The stocked kitchen, the comfy beds, the cozy living room with guidebooks on the end tables, these hosts have thought of it all! And the sunsets on the porch are so peaceful even the deer joined us. The location is remote enough to be surrounded by countryside, yet just a short drive to so many options for food and shopping. And a little further drive to Yellowstone and many hikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the only complaint is it wasn't long enough!!

We have stayed in Airbnb's, Vrbos and other temporary accommodations in several states and in Canada. There have been some very, very nice ones, BUT the this one tops anything we have experienced to date. It is not just the perfectly furnished comfortable "cabin" with quiet relaxing in the serene peace and quiet on the deck, looking at the mountain view or enjoying the deer meandering right up close. It is hard to believe that all the excitement and activity of Bozeman is just a few miles away. And then add hiking or just wandering the mountain trails, Gallatin Canyon, Lone Mountain, Yellowstone Park, Buffalo jump... There is an absolutely incredible, seeming infinite variety things to do and places to explore. As I wrote we have stayed in many accommodations in many locations but this is the very best!!!

Our family of six recently traded the desert heat of Tucson for the stunning beauty of Bozeman, Montana, and found the perfect base at Chris and Charity's 'Wandering Bison' cabin. This brand-new, modern home, one of three on the property, was beautifully designed, decorated, and absolutely immaculate. It comfortably accommodated us, with a cozy sleeper sofa for two teens and a second bedroom for the others. The outdoor space was a highlight: a deck with seating, a fire table, and gorgeous mountain views. The property felt wonderfully secluded amid green wheat fields, yet was just 20 minutes from downtown Bozeman. This convenient location allowed us to easily visit Yellowstone and enjoy fantastic hikes like Palisades Falls and Storm Castle Trail. Coming back to the beautiful house and quiet surroundings was always a treat. We can't wait to return for more of those incredible snow-capped mountain vistas! Highly recommended for families seeking comfort and natural beauty.
